Whole and half beef orders are arranged directly with our family. Contact us for current availability, the price per pound of hanging weight, and delivery arrangements before reserving.

• Deposit: $1,000 toward your order.
• Pricing: Based on hanging weight, with processing included in the quoted price per pound.
• Custom cuts: We will help you choose cutting instructions for your household.
• Final weight: The hanging weight is measured after harvest. Packaged take-home weight will be lower and varies with your cutting instructions.
