At Seven Spurs Ranch, we take pride in crafting high-quality, natural skincare products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for open or used
items.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

•  Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
